Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association (PTVA) is an 88 year old educational institution having 3 schools and 3 colleges in suburbs of North and Central Mumbai. This Trust is parent to illustrious institutions like Parle Tilak Vidyalaya, Sathaye College of Arts, Science and Commerce, ML Dahanukar College of Commerce, Mulund College of Commerce. Having been in Undergraduate education for a considerable number of years PTVA's Institute of Management marks our foray into Post Graduate Degree education.

Our History:
PTVA was established in 1921 as a rich tribute to the iconic freedom fighter, Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak. A modest beginning with seven siblings, PTVA in its chequered journey of 8 decades has carved out a niche in academics by providing Quality and Value based education. PTVA's passion for empowerment through education and sensitivity to the society needs is reflected in its exponential growth in quality and quantity of students at school and college level education, spanning, science, commerce, Arts and Management. A natural extension of this coveted journey is the culmination of this flagship programme of Masters in Management Studies under the auspices of PTVA's Institute of Management.

Shri Anil Ganu, a Chartered Accountant, is finance professional with a rich and varied industry experience. He has worked with various multinationals. He is also trustee and Hon. Secretary of Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association (PTVA).

Shri. Shashank P. Paranjape
Dolore: Shashank Paranjape, a commerce graduate is the Managing Director "Paranjape Scheme Construction Ltd. (PSCL). PSCL is one of Maharashtra's fastest growing real estate development companies with several projects across India & abroad. He is member, board of directors, PTVA.

Shri. Deepak Ghaisas
Shri. Deepak Ghaisas, is a Chartered Accountant Cost Accountant CS as well as an alumnus of London Business School. Mr. Ghaisas is former Vice Chairman, I-flex Solutions, a leading technology company in banking services. He is currently Chairman of Gencoval group of companies engaged in biotech. He is also on the board of several listed companies in pharma and retail spaces.

Shri. D. M. Pethe
Shri. Pethe is BGL & MBA. He is a partner in M/s Waman Hari Pethe Jewelers. It is a reputed third generation jewelry retail chain of Mumbai. He is on the board of directors and treasurer of PTVA.

Dr. Snehlata Deshmukh
Dr. Deshmukh is a pioneer of the neo-natal department of KEM Hospital & a renowned pediatrician. She was also the Vice Chancellor of the Mumbai University. She is on the board of directorsof PTVA.

Dr. Madhavi S. Pethe
Dr. Pethe is the Principal of ML Dahanukar College. She has a doctorate in Human Resources & had an excellent career in the sphere of education for almost two decades.

Dr. Uday Salunkhe
A renowned educationist with the qualities of a Leader, his vision and result orientation have been the guiding force in making Welingkar Institute of Management, a name to reckon with.

Dr. S. Ramachandran
Dr. Ramachandran is an academician of considerable repute having tenure of more than twenty five years in education and industry. He brings to our institute his vast experience of leading a Management Institute to success in all concerned deliverables.

Shri. Deepak Chibba
He is Executive Vice-President Tractor's division, Mahindra & Mahindra. He has a vast experience in general management and manufacturing.

Shri Manohar Bhide
He is an eminent banker, a former Chairman of Bank of India and former Managing Director of State Bank of India.

Shri Praveen Kadle
A Chartered Accountant by profession, he is currently Managing Director of Tata Capita.
