About Me
Mrs. Trupti Gupte holds MBA degree in Human Resources and Finance with a B.Com degree from University of Pune. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in Human Resources (Management) from University of Mumbai. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Human Resources with PTVA’s Institute of Management.
Achievements
She has three and half years of industry experience in Human Resource Department in the areas of Performance Appraisal, Training and Development and Recruitment. She is an academician for fifteen years and has taught various subjects in the areas of Human Resource and General Management. She has also published various research papers in SCOPUS, National and International Journals. She has also worked as a coordinator for Part Time Management programs at PTVAIM.
