About PTVAIM

Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association (PTVA) was established in 1921 as a rich tribute to the iconic freedom fighter Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak. Our trust is parent to illustrious institutions like Parle Tilak Vidyalaya, Sathaye College, M. L. Dahanukar College and Mulund College. A natural extension of our Trust’s coveted journey of over nine decades was its foray into Management Education under auspices of PTVA’s Institute of Management (PTVA-IM).

Updates

Inauguration of PTVAIM’s Centre of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (the incubation facility of PTVAIM) and the Ideation and Avocation Centre for the incubatees was done on Monday, August 27, 2018 by Chief Guest, Prof. Dr. Suhas Pednekar, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor University of Mumbai.
Gold Medal at BMA Dandekar Trophy Competition 2018 to our MMS students Ms. Mugdha Kulkarni, Ms. Priyal Bhosle and Mr. Omkar Kanerkar.
Our MMS Student Mr. Meetesh Chalmela secured Second Position and won a Silver Medal at AIMS Innovation Awards, 28th AIMS Annual Management Education Convention 2016 held at Ranchi University for his innovative idea turned venture "Sanskar Puzzle".
Awarded as ‘Outstanding Business School [West Region] at PVTA’s IM’ at the Business School Affaire and Dewang Mehta National Educational Awards' on Nov 2015.
‘Awarded for ‘Outstanding Contribution to Education’ to our Director, Dr.Harish Kumar S Purohit, Director, PTVAIM at the Business School Affaire and Dewang Mehta National Educational Awards' in Nov 2015.

Our MMS Students of 2011-13 and 2012-14 Batch won the P. L. Deshpande Trophy 2012 (Inter-Collegiate Drama Competition) for their Play “Cut-Off” and Mr. Vivek Mishra (MMS 2011-13) won the Best Actor Award.
